How do spending windows work?
Each plan has a 5-hour spending window. Example: Starter has a $20 cap per window and $120 weekly cap. Every 5 hours, your window refreshes. Weekly caps reset after 7 days. Unused cap doesn't carry over.
What are top-ups?
Top-ups are purchased separately and expire 12 months after purchase. Used after your subscription balance runs out.
What's the consumption order?
Subscription balance is consumed first. Once exhausted, prepaid top-ups are used oldest first.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a new billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
What if I run out of balance?
API calls fail with a 402 status when both subscription and prepaid balances reach zero. Purchase more top-ups anytime.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial, but Starter at $10/month includes a $20 window that resets every 5 hours.
