Frequently Asked Questions
How do subscription credits work?
Each plan includes monthly credits granted at the start of your billing cycle. For example, Starter gets 500 credits per month. Unused credits don't carry over to the next billing cycle.
What are top-ups?
Top-ups are purchased separately and expire 12 months after purchase. They're used after your subscription credits run out. Subscribers get plan-based top-up discounts: Starter saves 15%, Pro saves 25%, and Max saves 40% on top-up usage.
What's the consumption order?
Included credits are always consumed first at base model pricing. Once they're exhausted, prepaid top-ups are used (oldest first) with your plan's discount rate applied.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a new billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current benefits until then.
What happens when I run out of all credits?
API calls will fail with a 402 status code when both included and prepaid credit balances reach zero. You can purchase more top-ups anytime from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but the Starter plan at $20/month includes 500 credits per month. Save 20% with yearly billing.
